AIRC (American International Recruitment Council)，即美国国际招生协会，是美国唯一考量国际学生招募的质量认证会员机构，设有严格的行业标准和资质认证。此组织成立的目的是为了制定一套符合美国国情的通过中介机构招收国际学生的行业标准。AIRC的成员主要分为美国大学和中介机构两部分。AIRC的学校成员包括的类型比较广泛，有前50的学校，如雪城大学，排名106的田纳西大学等综合大学，还有文理学院，社区学院，和ELS等机构。截止到目前，全球仅有16家中介机构获得了AIRC的认证。由于AIRC与部分美国名校有合作关系，学生通过被认证的中介机构申请美国高校，申请的成功率和安全性会远高于一般机构。
2014年10月24日，经过了为期9个月的申请和审核，美国厚仁教育成为了美国国际招生协会AIRC权威认证的会员之一。
