您好！首先L2签证属于家属签证。L1签证人员的家属（配偶和21岁以下的未婚子女）可以获得L2身份，跟随前往美国。办理相关手续后，L2可以在美国的公立学校就读并可以享受本地学费。学校不需要给你孩子发I-20，因为I-20是用来申请F1 Visa的。
