同学您好，请问您的I20是因为什么原因过期？如果是正常毕业的情况下，有2个月的grace period可以合法留在美国。如果F-1签证是因为停学或者开除等非正常原因导致的过期则需要尽快离境，否则就是滞留，滞留越久对之后入境越不利。还有一种方式不用离境，但是需要在I20失效内五个月提交身份激活的申请。建议您添加我们的微信帮您详细分析。
