转学申请和研究生申请是完全不同的两种规划。
如果计划转学，从国内转入美国学校的最佳时间是大二，等到大四再去转学，就算转学成功，也需要在读1-2年才能毕业。
想申请美国研究生，需要再GPA，GRE，软实力（课外活动，实习工作，科研项目）等方面努力。
