同学您好，如果正常毕业I20到期您还有2个月的grace period可以合法留在美国，如果您是非正常情况下被学校终止I20是不能合法留在美国的，除非您在美国境内申请身份激活。身份激活和续签是不一样的，身份激活需要在可支持学生身份激活的学校就读，同时递交身份激活申请，在审核后恢复F-1身份，但是并不等于visa签证。如果您对身份有疑问可以联系我们详细咨询。
