若您还想继续保持您的H1B身份，您需要继续工作，并且让您的雇主每月正常支付您的工资，且您的名字也在公司的工资单上。若您能保证一边工作一遍读书，并且合法的领取工资，就不必担心H1B的身份问题。
若您是想放弃工作，做全职学生，那您就需要重新转回学生身份了。
