同学您好，是否失效取决于SEVIS状态，而不是签证是否过期。一般退学后学校会终止SEVIS，F1身份随即失效。建议尽快确认I-20状态并采取补救措施，避免产生非法滞留记录。可以添加微信咨询具体方案。
