您好，我是UCSD研究生。因为春季quarter 因病在家休息没能参加考试，由于对学校政策的不了解也没有及时和老师沟通，所以fail了三门课，我一共上了三个quarter的课，前两个quarter都保持good academic standing 的状态，就因为这次病导致我没有办法顺利毕业拿到学位。现在不知道该怎么办?

这个要尽快申诉。
如果是因为GPA低，学校可能要求劝退，这需要申诉。
如果缺学分，补上学分毕业。
如果学校不给延期，要申诉。
