同学你好，UC转学要求至少60个可转学分，最多可转70个可转学分。但是超过70个可转学分还是可以申请转学的哦，而且也是会被录取的。根据你的情况，建议你尽快申请，可以申请2018 fall，以免堆积更多的学分对申请不利。同时可以联系counselor看看自己是否所有学分都可转，不可转学分是不会算在转学要求的可转学分内的。
