我现在很明确自己要转学，但还没好好规划，暑假也参加了好多课外活动，但又觉得对自己帮助不大，现在很迷茫，希望专家老师可以帮忙指点一下。

如果刚上大一的话，成绩一般，可以努力提高下。例如下课多看书，不懂的及时问老师。如果还不行，就找机构做补习。
如果已经大二了，现在必须准备申请了。如果成绩一般，可以在简历方面丰富一下自己。例如参加社团，当个leader什么的，或者上一些honor program。honor program难度较大，量力而行。
综上，建议提高GPA为主，毕竟申请上还是看GPA更多些。
