首先，这是第二次。虽然现在还只是作弊嫌疑。所以你要非常重视，这个直接关系到你的学业。
建议你尽快回到美国，参加听证会。否则你远程，沟通不清楚。本来如果你到场都可能沟通机会不多，所以要非常重视。
同时，找到了解这个过程到专家，作为你的支持。争取听证会得到最好的结果。
