可以申请。但是要注意几个问题，一是转学的时机，UC 只在秋季接受转学的学生。而且UC对于转学生的接收，是有优先级的，本州，社区大学优先。一般每年11月30日申请截止，虽然前两年申请截止日期都延长了。但是学生还是要准备在11月30日前提取所有材料。

同学你好，UC的转学要求是：
－Complete 60 semester or 90 quarter UC transferable units by the end of the spring term prior to the desired fall term admission
在春季结束时完成60个semester制的学分或是90个quarter制的学分，另外还有关于先修课的要求，具体转学要求与细节欢迎你与我们的专家详细沟通。
