同学您好，如果您已经毕业的话，及时I20和签证都没过期，学校也会将您的就读记录更新到移民局，所以您需要和国际办的老师确认身份问题。正常毕业之后是有60天的grace period过渡期，可以合法留在美国，但是60天后无法更新或者转换身份的话还是会出现滞留。您可以添加我们的微信详细咨询。
