您好，我之前申请了LA这边一个语言学校 但是我晚报道了一个月他们好像把我的i20给终止了 但我现在重新申请到了新的学校 我直接去新学校拿了i20 然后新学校叫我要做一个reinstatement，请问我可以拿着i20回国去领事馆重新面签吗？还是一定要做reinstatement？
